How to make a matcha latte

Matcha is my life. Honestly, there is nothing better than a cuppa matcha every morning. I realize that it is a hot trend among wellness influencers but there are real reasons to fall deeply in love with the chlorophyll-rich drink.

I spent two of the best years of my life in Japan, and I learned a thing or two! 🎌

I was first introduced to matcha over a decade ago while sitting at a sushi-go-round in a small town called Uraga. Each table had a hot water spigot + a container of ceremonial grade matcha. I watched to see what other patrons did so as not to offend anyone with my super American table manners.
