I commit to creating wide-reaching, global access to those on the path of healing through embodiment, somatics, and wellness practices.
I commit to making these embodied wellness tools accessible to everyone regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or faith practice.
I commit to creating a safe and supportive space for this community to learn from one another, expand their knowledge together, and easily develop their understanding and relationship to their own body and inner voice.
I understand that as a bi-racial, cis-gendered person, I have both privilege and oppression, and I walk the line of/and. My commitment is to constantly grow in my knowledge of oppressed communities and strive to embody the work of an accomplice. I also realize that I have to examine my own biases to serve this community and create a safe and welcoming space for all who share their presence.
