minimalist halloween + our spooky cute playhouse

I adore minimalism. However, I am a weird hybrid of minimalist/collector of kitchen gadgets {it's a problem}.

I am HUGE on holiday traditions. I want my kids to feel a deep sense of belonging to our family, and I love the joy it brings, but I tend to have a minimalist style in my home when it comes to holiday decor. To me, it's just restful.

Our playhouse was my pandemic project {see here}. It was the most cathartic thing I have done all year. I'll write about that another time but for today, let's talk about how we made it spooky-cute! I LOVE this playhouse.

Let me give you a tour of my home and my Halloween holiday style.

I LOVED doing the playhouse. I LOVE HALLOWEEN + I LOVE our playhouse {yes, I did the remodel. I call it my pandemic project. Check it out, here}. Here are the deets on the playhouse.
